Bachelor degree programs in Geography
The duration of the Bachelor program (major subject) in Geography is six semesters and includes Physical Geography and Anthropogeography. This program offers knowledge and skills in Geography and focuses on disciplinary knowledge as well as on a profound training in geographical work methods. The main focus of the programs in Munich lies in modern geographical methodology (geographical information systems, remote sensing, environmental modelling, statistics, empirical social research), integrated environmental- and high altitude mountain research, economic geography and environmental economies, as well as geography of urban spaces.
